Private Money Lenders, Rehab & Hard Money Lenders in Pittsburgh and Western PA
Private, Rehab & Hard Money Lenders are short-term lenders who provide real estate loans to buy and renovate a property with the expectation that it will be sold or refinanced quickly.
Some lend their own money while others are brokers, arranging loans from other lenders
Fees and rates vary wildly.
Last month there were several Private money Hard Money Lenders doing business locally. Recently, at least three have gone out of business. I just deleted their names from our active list.
Some of the companies making loans to buy and rehab properties are listed below. You can call each one directly, or we will contact them for you. If you contact a lender directly be absolutely certain that they don't all order credit reports on you. The credit reporting companies will lower your credit score if they receive multiple requests for reports. (I guess they figure you have gone on a spending spree and have lost your senses.) As members of the credit bureau, we can get your credit report and send it to other lenders for you.
